Every vehicle comes with its chauffeur, and our dispatch centre coordinates the service 24 hours a day.
We operate our own fleet and chauffeurs in Bogotá, Medellín and Cartagena, from sedans and SUVs to vans, minibuses and coaches for groups. Tell us the date, the times and the venues, and we will send you an all-inclusive quote, with no fuel surcharge and no chauffeur gratuity.

What we need for a quote
To suggest the vehicles and send an all-inclusive quote, send us:
- The date and the times of the ceremony and the reception
- The ceremony and reception addresses, and the hotels or homes the couple and the guests leave from
- How many guests need transportation, and whether some are flying in
- Which vehicles you would like for the couple and for the guests
- How you would like the vehicles prepared
- The name and phone number of a contact person for the day
Planning the timings
For the couple's car, an hourly service keeps the vehicle and its chauffeur at your disposal with the stops you need: the ceremony, the photos and the reception. Every hour started is due, so it is worth leaving some margin in your schedule. Guest rides from one point to another, for example from the hotel to the ceremony, can be booked as transfers, without stops. Outside the city, services are charged garage to garage, and coaches and minibuses can be cancelled free of charge up to 72 hours before.

Wedding cars in Bogotá
Bogotá is our primary base of operations and home to our largest fleet, from sedans and SUVs to vans and coaches, so the couple's car and the guests' transportation are arranged through one contact. If your guests fly in to El Dorado International Airport, we pick them up there too.
Wedding cars in Medellín
Medellín is served from our dedicated local base. If the vehicle category you want for your wedding is not available in the city, we can position it from another city. For guests arriving by air, we pick up at José María Córdova International, approximately 40 minutes from the city centre, and at Olaya Herrera, within the city.
Wedding cars in Cartagena
Cartagena's compact geography means shorter journeys than in Bogotá or Medellín. Given the coastal climate, our chauffeurs wear a formal but heat-appropriate uniform rather than a suit, with the same standard of presentation. We meet your guests at Rafael Núñez International Airport, and from Cartagena we also serve other cities on the Caribbean coast, such as Barranquilla and Santa Marta.
