On Board
Review documentation and travel information for your journey with V&V.
What to expect during the service.
What happens before, during and after each journey, described as it is actually delivered.
IAct I
Before
What happens before you step into the vehicle.
- Before your pickup we send a confirmation with the chauffeur's name, the vehicle model and plate number, and photos of the vehicle and chauffeur.
- The vehicle is cleaned and disinfected before every service, before, not after.
- Your chauffeur reaches the pickup point ahead of the agreed time and confirms it by message.
IIAct II
During
The service itself, your comfort, your rules.
- Cabin temperature is set to a comfortable default and adjusted to your preference immediately, no second request needed.
- Tinted windows and silence whenever you prefer them. Music is off by default; you choose if and what plays.
- USB-C charging on board, and 4G Wi-Fi throughout the journey on VIP services.
- If traffic delays the arrival time, we tell you as soon as we detect it, you are never left wondering.
IIIAct III
After
The close, and what follows.
- Luggage carried from the vehicle to the lobby or building entrance, without being asked.
- A short satisfaction survey follows the service, and every response is read.
- DIAN electronic invoice sent to your email with the full fiscal details.

The courtesy pack applies in full to our Colombian operation in Bogotá, Medellín and Cartagena; its contents may vary in other countries and cities. The umbrella is carried by the chauffeur to shelter you between the vehicle and the door and normally stays with the car; if you have left yours behind, ask and the chauffeur will lend it to you, tropical rain in Latin America is not something to face unprepared.
What we always do, and what we never do.
AlwaysNever
We ask your temperature and music preferences at the start of the journey. By default the cabin is set to 21 °C and music is off or kept at a very low volume.
We never start a conversation unless the service requires it.
Every journey is treated as confidential, the itinerary, the passengers and the conversation.
We never discuss who we drive, where they went, or anything said inside the vehicle.
We report any traffic delay the moment it is detected, before it affects your schedule.
We never take an alternative route without asking you first, except in a genuine safety emergency.
