Our dispatch centre coordinates every service 24 hours a day: GPS tracking and radio contact between the chauffeur and dispatch run throughout the journey. If you need more than the vehicle, our security division adds escorts and close protection, coordinated by the same team that runs your ground transportation.

What to confirm before the service
Before you confirm, go over what matters most in an armored service with us: the armor level (our SUVs are Level 3), which personal protection is added to the vehicle and how it is quoted, free cancellation up to 72 hours before, and garage-to-garage charging outside the city. GPS tracking and radio contact with dispatch run throughout the journey; if you would rather have them deactivated, ask when you book.

Yes. Our security division offers armed security agents, unarmed close protection, bilingual escorts and security assessment studies, coordinated by the same team that runs your transportation. These services are quoted separately from the vehicle.
Free cancellation of an armored vehicle is possible up to 72 hours before the service, as for coaches and minibuses; for other vehicles, up to 24 hours before. A 'No-Show' is charged in full.
Yes. For transfers and hourly services the quote is all-inclusive, with no fuel surcharge and no chauffeur gratuity. Escorts and other additional services are quoted separately, and service expenses such as parking or tolls are billed afterwards.
Yes. We track your flight in real time and your chauffeur waits for you with the armored vehicle when you land. Our Bogotá fleet includes armored SUVs for the transfer from El Dorado.
