Who We Are
In 2008, two French entrepreneurs arrived in Colombia with a single conviction: Latin America's most demanding travelers deserved a ground transportation service that matched the standards of Paris, London and New York. V&V Vehículos VIP was built to be that service and has operated without interruption ever since.
The Client Standard
Today V&V operates its own fleet and dispatch teams in Bogotá, Medellín and Cartagena, supported by a vetted international affiliate network. Every process, from reservation to final drop-off, is designed around one measure of success: that you arrive exactly when and how you expected to.
Every reservation at V&V passes through a dedicated quality agent before dispatch. Itineraries are cross-checked, inconsistencies flagged, and chauffeurs briefed, not because we assume problems, but because our clients expect none. Our dispatch office remains operational throughout the duration of every mission, maintaining quiet radio contact with the chauffeur from pickup to final destination.
Discipline & Accountability
V&V is registered with the Bogotá Chamber of Commerce (NIT 900.220.120) and holds a Colombian Ministry of Tourism license (Nº 50873). Our operations are fully insured through an internationally renowned insurance group, with both mandatory and activity-specific policies tailored to the chauffeured car service industry. Payment processing is approved and secured by one of Colombia's leading banks, protecting every financial transaction made through our platform.
Every member of the V&V team is selected through a structured recruitment process developed with the participation of our insurance provider. Candidates undergo background screening, drug testing, and role-specific training. All client-facing staff speak English and are experienced in the expectations of high-profile travelers.

Our quality management system is under active audit toward ISO 9001. The certificate has not yet been issued. Our quality processes include:
