Two hygiene measures introduced during the pandemic became permanent because they are simply better practice: every vehicle is cleaned and disinfected before each service, and hand sanitiser is available on board throughout the journey.

On board
- Amenities are handed over by the chauffeur in sealed bags.
- Gloves are used to handle your luggage whenever you prefer it.
- Tell your chauffeur if you would rather keep contact to a minimum, no explanation needed.

During the pandemic
- Between 2020 and 2022 we applied the full COVID-19 protocol: temperature and symptom checks before every service, masks worn throughout, no handshake, the seat next to the chauffeur left unused and recirculated cabin air disabled.
- Those measures ended with the health emergency. We will reinstate any of them on request for a particular service.
