Since 2008, V&V has provided chauffeured transportation to executives, diplomats, travel agencies and private travellers. You book a vehicle with its chauffeur, by the hour or for a transfer, and our dispatch centre coordinates the service from start to finish, 24 hours a day.
Our chauffeurs are V&V employees, trained in-house to our own protocol. In the VIP categories your chauffeur is bilingual; the Business categories are a professional service with a non-bilingual driver. Every vehicle is a recent model, inspected before each service, and GPS tracking and radio contact with dispatch run throughout the journey.
How it works
- Book online, or write to us by email or on WhatsApp (7 am to 9 pm), and tell us whether you need the vehicle by the hour or for a point-to-point transfer.
- Receive your all-inclusive quote: no fuel surcharge and no chauffeur gratuity.
- Our dispatch team sends you the chauffeur and vehicle details before the service. In the VIP categories they do not change, barring force majeure.
- Your chauffeur picks you up at the agreed time and dispatch follows the service to the end. With an hourly service, you make the stops you need.
What your service includes
The all-inclusive quote covers the vehicle and its chauffeur with no fuel surcharge and no gratuity, and the night surcharge, from 9 pm to 7 am, is already included and itemised in the price we quote. On board you will find the courtesy pack of our whole fleet: chilled water, mints, tissues, wet wipes and 4G WiFi, and your chauffeur carries an umbrella to cover you between the vehicle and the door. Service expenses, such as parking, tolls or entrance fees to tourist sites, are billed afterwards.
What to expect at pickup
Our dispatch team emails you the chauffeur and vehicle details 24 hours before the service, and your booking includes pickup instructions. Keep the contact number you gave us switched on: if we need to find you, that is the number we call. At the airport, your chauffeur waits with a sign bearing your name or, in the VIP categories in Bogotá, Medellín and Cartagena, a greeter meets you as you leave the restricted area. If anything changes, our office answers calls 24 hours a day (WhatsApp from 7 am to 9 pm).

Bogotá is our primary base of operations and home to our largest fleet. From our bases we also serve other cities in Colombia.
Choosing a vehicle category
Choose the service level first. The VIP categories are luxury, imported brands, with a bilingual chauffeur and, in Bogotá, Medellín and Cartagena, an airport greeter. The Business categories are standard brands in excellent condition, a professional service with a non-bilingual driver, and the airport greeter can be requested when you book. Then choose the size: count passengers and bags, since every vehicle in the fleet shows how many it takes. For groups there are vans, minibuses and coaches, and armored SUVs for those who need additional protection.

Yes. You can book by the hour or for a transfer. Transfers go from one point to another without stops; if you need stops, book by the hour. In the metropolitan area the service is charged from the reservation start time to the last drop-off, and every hour started is due; outside city limits it is charged garage to garage.
In the VIP categories, yes: your chauffeur is bilingual. The Business categories are a professional service with a non-bilingual driver. Our dispatch centre works in English, Spanish, French and Portuguese.
You can book at short notice, but for a service less than 24 hours away we recommend calling us to check availability. Our operation and our dispatch office run 24 hours a day.
Our dispatch team emails them to you 24 hours before the service; in Colombia they may reach you just a few hours after your request. In the VIP service level they do not change, barring force majeure; in the Business service level they can change up to 2 hours before the service.
Free cancellation is possible up to 24 hours before the service, and up to 72 hours before for armored vehicles, coaches and minibuses. A 'No-Show' is charged in full.
Yes. Besides the chauffeur, we offer bilingual escorts and close protection, coordinated by the same team that runs your transportation. These services are quoted separately.
