Those prices are all tax included. For other durations or several days rentals, contact us for a quotation.
Prices include:
- The vehicles for the corresponding duration, the driver's service, gasoline,
and all insurances.
- Within Bogota the prices include unlimited mileage.
- In case of airport pick-up our ground hostess will help you with any formality and coordinate
via radio with driver so you don't have to walk to the car park.
- In the car: cool water, newspapers (National and internacional) and a courtesy cellular phone.
- Comunications from this phone to the V&V team during the service are included.
Prices do not include:
- The car park fees, museums and tourist site fees are not included in the price.
- Private telecommunication and internet costs are not included.
- The driver's hotel nights and meals are billed in case of long duration rentals and itinerary out of Bogotá.
Additional services:
- An addition of 8.00 USD per hour is billed for every hour of service between 09:00pm y las 07:00am.
- A 3G USB can be made available in the car for 20.00USD (24h unlimited internet access).
- In case of a destination in Bogota's close neighbourhood a surcharge of 28.00 to 34.00 USD applies for tolls and additional mileage.
- A fee of 20.00 USD is charged if your require the services of our ground hostess services in case of airport
drop-off or if you require her to access the security area of the airport for pick-up.

The prices are calculated from time indicated in he reservation form up to the end of the car service.
Every hour started is due entirely.
The aiport waiting time is billed per hour, the first hour of waiting is waived.
For a service that would include a destination outside of Bogota a quotation has to be requested.
Booking and cancelation conditions:
The booking is only confirmned once a first downpayment of 50% of the rental value has been received.
The bookings can be canceled from 9am to 7pm (GMT-5) contacting our office by phone, fax, of email.
If we receive the cancelation 7 days before the meeting date the downpayment is reimbursed otherwise it remains due to V&V.
With less than 24h advanced notice, the complete price of the rental is billed, limited to the price of a "Day Plan".
The other 50% are paid after the rental, with the adicional costs incured by the driver during the rental.
The first downpayment means understanding and incondicional acceptance of our sales and service conditions that can be send to you with your
reservation quotation or can be asked to our office.
